All of the Big News from Gamescom’s Opening Night Live

We’re watching another virtual event, but this time the presenters promise even more trailers and material than last year, so let’s dig in and discover what’s new. These will be announcements and trailers for confirmed PlayStation titles, so if you don’t see anything, it’s most likely because it’ll be an Xbox or PC exclusive at launch.

The release date for King of Fighters 15 has been set.

We’ll start with announcements from the pre-show, and the first teaser is for King of Fighters 15, which is set to arrive in early 2022.

On September 7th, Bus Simulator 21 will be released.

The previous version of Bus Simulator was reviewed and liked! The updated version will be released in September, however it does not seem to be on next-generation consoles, which is unfortunate. That doesn’t rule out the possibility of a future upgrade!

House of Ashes, the Next Game in the Dark Pictures Anthology, Has a New Trailer

I liked the previous two Dark Pictures Anthology games, and I’m looking forward to the release of House of Ashes on Halloween. Take a look at the new trailer!

Dolmen’s Cosmic Horror Arrives on PS5

Is there a cosmic horror shooter RPG in the works? Without a doubt. This PS5 game has a fantastic first trailer and will be released in 2022.

Soundfall mixes bullet hell with rhythm fighting, and yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes,

Soundfall’s combination of fantastical themes, technology, and rhythm warfare checks all of my criteria. Take a look at the whole trailer.

Reboot of Saint’s Row

Saint’s Row has returned! New location, new characters, same attitude and wit as before. I really like the new design! It will be released early next year.

Suns at Midnight

Are the creators of X-COM working on a Marvel game? You’re aware of it! The new game is a tactical role-playing game in which you may create your own character and command iconic characters such as Wolverine, Blade, Ghost Rider, and Doctor Strange. This one has my whole attention.

Campaign Gameplay in Call of Duty: Vanguard

We received our first glimpse at Call of Duty Vanguard’s new campaign, which features real tales about the special forces’ beginnings. The gameplay seems to be good, and having Laura Bailey as one of the major characters is likely to be a narrative victory.

Devolver Digital’s Cult of the Lamb is in full swing.

Devolver Digital has signed an animated game featuring cute creatures, cultist rituals, and eldritch horrors, in typical Devolver Digital flair. Never, ever, ever change.

Another One-Developer Miracle is Midnight Fight Express.

It’s really remarkable what tiny groups can come up with. This over-the-top action brawler looks fantastic, and it was created by a single individual.

Classic Arcade Brawls Return in TMNT Shredder’s Revenge

A new video for the upcoming TMNT arcade game reminds us that classics always return in new forms.

Morgana Wins Me Over With Super Monkey Ball Banana-Mania

This compilation of vintage games and minigames has piqued my interest, but I’m mainly convinced because Morgana from P5R will make an appearance, which is just simple amazing.

Riders Republic is still a thing, and it seems to be doing well.

Extreme sports fans will find enough to like here, but we’ll have to wait and see how it all comes together. Ubisoft’s recent performance has been hit or miss. Check out the entire Beta, which will be available until August 28th.

The Skywalker Saga is still coming to Lego Star Wars…

It’s a tall order for any game developer to include all nine movies in a single game with lots of extras. It’s reasonable that Traveler’s Tales needs more time to complete this, but it’s been a long time. Spring 2022 is what we’re hearing right now.

The Outlast Trials are almost certainly going to be terrifying, yet here we are.

In this latest installment of the Outlast world, you may play alone or with three buddies. It seems to be traditional Outlast, but you may now fight back, which is a significant difference.

Doke V seems to be fantastic, but it has a lot going on.

This new game has a beautiful appearance, but the open world activities remind me of anything from Pokemon to GTA.

It Looks Like Jurassic World Evolution 2 Will Be Awesome!

The release date is November 9th, and the visuals look fantastic! Take a look at the new trailer.

A new trailer for Far Cry 6 has been released.

Far Cry 6 has the skill and visuals to be a smash success, but we’ll have to wait and see how it handles the gameplay. Regardless, the tale seems to be intriguing. This October, we’ll find out!

Vampires are coming to Battle Royale in Blood Hunt.

I’m fine for new Vampire: The Masquerade games, but I’m concerned about something as specialized as a battle royale doing well. I hope it performs well for the benefit of future games in the universe! At the very least, it will be a free-to-play game.

The release date for Jett: The Far Shore has been set.

With its distinct setting and intriguing narrative, this space exploration game has piqued my attention. On October 5th, it will finally be released on PS5.

The release date of Horizon Forbidden West has been pushed out until 2022.

Horizon Forbidden West will be released in 2022, according to the latest information. The date is February 18th, 2022. Preorders will start next Monday. The original game got a 60FPS patch on PS5 today, which means it’s time to play it again!

Sifu will arrive on February 22nd, 22nd, 22nd, 22nd, 22nd, 22nd, 22nd

The PS5 game Sifu, a kung-fu action fighting game, will be released on February 22nd, 2022. Take a peek at the new trailer for more information.

A Closer Look at the Director’s Cut of Death Stranding

An in-depth look at Death Stranding The Director’s Cut includes additional gadgets, a better companion bot, and new facilities such as a rifle range with practice missions and leaderboards, among other things. Boss battles may also be revisited. I’m here for the new missions, which seem to introduce new locations and storylines.
