Airpod charging case not working?

If you’re having trouble charging your AirPods or their case, make sure that you’re using the correct charger. If you’re still having trouble, try resetting your AirPods. If you can’t reset your AirPods, contact Apple Support.

Apple has determined that, in a small percentage of cases, the rubber seal on the back of the AirPods charging case may fail causing moisture to get into the case. If this happens, your AirPods may not charge. Apple will replace your AirPods or their charging case, free of charge.

If you think your AirPods or their charging case need to be replaced, please visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Make sure to backup your data before you bring in your device.
