The system will be launched on March 25, 2022, according to a promotional video posted on the official Retro Games YouTube account yesterday. Pre-orders for the A500 Mini are now open, with the console costing $139.99 and including the classic style 2-button mouse and newly developed 8-button precision gamepad.
A statement on the official site states, “Introducing THEA500 Mini, a small recreation of the Amiga 500 home computer.” “Featuring flawless emulation of both the original A500 and the A1200’s Advanced Graphics Architecture (AGA).”
“Choose from a simple carousel of 25 classic Amiga games, including all-time favorites like Alien Breed, A Different World, Chaos Engine, Simon the Sorcerer is a character in the game Simon the Sorcerer, and Worms.”
